As with any e-commerce website, there are various legal areas we have to cover, but we try to keep these as simple and as standard as possible. By their nature, terms and conditions do sound quite technical and heavy, so do excuse us for this - but it is aimed at making the whole shopping experience as clear and secure as possible.

Every effort has been made to represent the colours on our website as realistically as possible. However, as monitors differ, please use the colours shown on our website as as guide only.
In the unlikely event that we sell out of an item that you have ordered, you will be informed immediately, so that you can choose whether to wait for new stock to arrive and be delivered to you, or choose to have a full refund.
SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY & RE-DELIVERY
A signature may be required on delivery, so an address must be given where one can be provided. If no one is available to provide a signature, a card will be left at the delivery address confirming that the carrier has tried to deliver your order and it will be taken to the nearest Post Office or carrier depot. Please follow the instructions on the card to rearrange delivery or to collect your order. It is the responsibility of the customer to follow any instructions left at the delivery address for arranging re-delivery.
DELAYED DELIVERY AND RISK
Any delivery times quoted are approximate and we shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the goods howsoever caused. No damages can be provided for items not delivered within the times quoted.
Risk of damage to or loss of the goods shall pass to you at the time of delivery. Where an alternative delivery address is provided by you at the time of ordering, ownership of the goods shall pass to you once the goods have been delivered to that address, even if the goods have not been received by you in person.
EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY
We are happy to exchange or refund items that are returned to us, as long as they reach us within 28 days from the date that you received them and they reach us in perfect saleable condition, with all labels and tags intact, along with proof of purchase.
Please email us to inform us that you are returning an item. Returning items will be at the customer's own cost and risk and a tracked and insured postal service should be used, as we cannot be held responsible for items that do not reach us in perfect condition. The cost of returning items to us is to be fully paid by the customer and we cannot be liable for any handling, delivery or other charges whatsoever, in returning items to us.
If you would like an exchange, we will despatch your new exchanged item as soon as we have received your returned item, as above. Please note, that if we offer free delivery on the initial delivery, the cost of delivering the new exchanged item will be charged to the customer. The amount charged will cover the postage costs involved in re-delivery.
Please note, the exchange and refund policy explained above only applies to purchases made online through this website. Different UK laws and policies exist for purchases made in our shop in Bath, England, where exchanges are offered but not refunds. Items for exchange must be brought back to us within 28 days of purchase and be in perfect saleable condition, with all labels and tags intact, along with proof of purchase.
Please note, that if you are returning an item to us from outside of the UK, you must make clear on the package and documentation that the parcel contains returned items or items for exchange. We cannot be liable for duties or taxes that UK Customs thinks should be paid by us as it has not been made clear that the items are for refund/exchange and do not therefore incur taxes and/or duties.
IMPORT DUTIES, TAXES, RESTRICTIONS & CUSTOMS CHECKS
Some items ordered may incur import duties, taxes or other charges. You will be responsible for paying any such import duties, taxes or other charges incurred in importing the goods into your country. In addition, we cannot accept any liability for any items that may be refused entry into your country.
Please note, that international shipments may be subject to cross-border inspections by customs authorities. We cannot be held liable for any damage that occur to your goods if these occur or non-delivery of goods as a result of them being held up, confiscated or destroyed by customs or any other relevant body.MISTAKES
If any mistakes or misprints appear on the website or in any offers or promotions emailed to customers, we will not be held to them and do not have to honour them.
Title of the goods will be deemed to have passed to you once the order has been delivered to the address provided to us (or to an alternative delivery point either provided to us or left at the delivery destination, for example, "Deliver to neighbour"). We cannot assume any liability for the goods after this point. Sometimes title will be deemed to have passed at an earlier point, for example, but not limited to, being stored at or confiscated by Customs or any other relevant authority or body, (see section on Import Duties, Taxes, Restrictions & Customs Checks).

When you browse our store, we automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
We will only disclose your details to third parties, such as couriers and postal service providers, in order to process your order.
Our web shop is hosted by a third party online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you. Your data is stored through their data storage, databases and their general application. However, they store your data on a secure server, which is protected behind a firewall.
Payments are made through Paypal, so we will not receive or handle any of your personal payment details.
We will never sell your details to a third party.
We will never share your details with a third party, other than in compliance with our Privacy Statement. The only other exception to this is if we are required to do so by law, or if you violate our Terms of Service.
